Room 2 - Double room with shared main bathroom and high quality furniture. Please note only shower/bath area will be shared. Available from 1st January 2025.

The communal space is open and spacious for you to unwind and relax with a 65 inch wall mounted TV, high quality furniture and beautiful kitchen to cook your favourite meals in.

You'll also have access to the garden that has rattan furniture with a fire pit to relax and a BBQ will also be available (weather permitting)

There is parking available for 2 cars but ample space for off-street parking.

I am looking for professional housemates. The house is on a new development and there is a laid back environment here, very peaceful and quiet at all times.

The house is close to amenities such as local Asda and Greggs, Morrisons supermarket and train station is a few minutes drive away.

Please note bed linen is not included.
