Double room in house no other flatmates

This accommodation is situated in a pleasant quiet part of Retford overlooking countryside. The house is clean and tidy with fridge, microwave, new washing machine and new boiler. Fully furnished. The kitchen has utensils, pans, plates etc. I am looking for someone who is tidy and will respect living here. No smokers please. You will be living here with no other flatmates. I will have to insist on written references from a place of work and a deposit as I have been let down in the past. I am unfortunately not offering this accommodation to anyone I have not met or received references from ie, contractors who need a place at short notce. I am not opposed to contractors but would prefer to meet tenants first. This property will make a very nice home for the right tenant.
