Small double room in dog friendly house

Hi everyone,

I have a small double room to let from September in my two bed ground floor maisonette in Ruddington.
I have a friendly dog who is very well behaved so you must like dogs! I am also happy to consider someone with a small-ish dog as long as they both get on.

The room currently has a double bed, a large wardrobe and some shelves. You are welcome to bring your own furniture or use what is already there.

In the rest of the flat there is a small bathroom with a great mixer shower over the bath. There is a large open plan living/dining area with a big comfy corner sofa. I have a Now TV stick and Netflix so you can watch iplayer etc. The kitchen has everything you might need for cooking and there is a door that leads out into the garden. The garden is a decent size, there is some decking in the corner with a nice outdoor corner sofa to relax on and the rest is grass with borders around the edge. I also have a garage which you are welcome to store things in if required. There is one parking space outside the garage and then there is usually parking available on the close.

Ruddington is a lovely safe village. There's a lot of shops, pubs and restaurants a 5-10 minute walk away and you're close to Rushcliffe park and the countryside. There is also a gym a few minutes walk away. My flat is close to Nottingham Trent Clifton campus and Queens Medical centre. There is a bus that goes from the end of the road into the city centre every 15 minutes.

I am going to be starting a masters course at Nottingham Uni in September and I would prefer to share with another mature student. I don't drink or go out that much but I do like to have a cup of tea and a chat so am looking for someone similar. I am very clean and tidy and take a lot of pride in my flat as I have put a lot of effort into making it a nice place to live.
