Double Bedroom + ensuite in big Ruddington house

I am renting the spare double room and ensuite bathroom in my large 4-bedroom house in Ruddington. The room, situated on the ground floor of the house comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV and desk and all bills including fast internet are included.

It's only a 12-15min car or bus ride to Nottingham and West Bridgford with sites such as Nottingham Castle, Woolaton Hall, Trent Bridge, City Ground as well as Nottingham nightlife and venues such as Rock City, Motorpoint Arena and Theatre Royal. There is a bus stop for the NCT 3 bus only a few steps from the front driveway and stops for the 10 bus are nearby.

In addition to your private, lockable and cosy double bedroom you'll have exclusive access to the ground floor bathroom and shower room which is accessible via a hallway.

You'll have shared access to all the other amenities on the ground floor: the open-plan kitchen and living room (with piano), entry hallway, back hallway and laundry room with washing machine and separate dryer, conservatory, patio, garden and backyard shed where you are welcome to store a bicycle. And in case you have a car, you are welcome to park it in the gated front double driveway.

I also live in the house and I sleep two floors upstairs in the attic/converted loft space. The first floor which contains the three other bedrooms will remain vacant. I'm a professional artist and musician. I travel a lot and lead a busy life so a lot of the time you will have the entire ground floor to yourself, often for days at a time and sometimes weeks. This house suits anyone who values their own time and space, it's a very peaceful place to live in.
