The house is fairly new and modern and is located in Ruddington, a village approx 5 miles from the centre of Nottingham. The village has a range of shops and the house is close to a bus route.
The shared facilities include, Living room, kitchen with dishwasher and usual appliances, Conservatory being used as a dining room, and spare room soon to be made into a study. There is also a downstairs cloakroom and main bathroom. The house has a total of 3 bathrooms and one downstairs toilet, which means there is no waiting to use the bathroom in the mornings :)
I'm ideally looking for a professional/postgrad female lodger between 27-40 years of age, who is clean, tidy, fun and sociable.
Please note I do have a friendly cat so you must be ok with pets.
