Double room to rent

Double room to rent in my large well equipped home. I have an en-suite so housemate will have pretty much sole use of the main bathroom which is located next to the room for rent.

I have a daughter who stays with me some of the week so i am looking for someone that doesn't have an issue with children and also that is why i have selected a female as a preference so my daughter feels comfortable also.

I have a pet Cavapoo dog who is very friendly, so housemate must also like dogs.

There are two reception rooms with the lounge and orangery so if you want some space to watch TV out of the bedroom there is a choice of rooms.

House has Virgin TV with all channels, Netflix, fibre broadband, speaker system built into downstairs rooms/decking area, and a south facing garden with decking and furniture, off street parking and is in a quiet location but still close to local amenities and access to the M1 is only 5 minutes away.


Looking for a non smoker who is looking for a nice well furnished house.
Room has double bed, wardrobe and drawers and TV on the wall and brand new mattress.

I have a full time job but do WFH myself part of the week (Tues, Thurs, Fri).
Bills included (excluding phone).
