I have a double room measuring 4m by 3m available in my home located in Sandiacre, Nottingham. It’s a peaceful area with plenty of street parking, plus a private car park at the back of the house, so if you drive, you’ll always find a spot.

There are local shops close by and public transport just seconds away. The location is perfect for quick access to the M1 and A52. It’s only a 30-second walk to the nearest bus stop heading to Nottingham city center and QMC.

The room comes furnished with a set of drawers, a double bed, Wi-Fi, and all other utilities included.

You’ll have access to the kitchen, bathrooms, and garden, with an outdoor seating area.

A little about me:
I live alone with two very friendly dogs and one cat.
I’m 42 years old and love walking, exploring in my campervan, and spending time with friends and family.
I work full-time for the NHS.
I’m easy-going and generally keep to myself.
