House mate wanted

I live in a 3 bed terraced house on the outskirts of Selston. I have a double room for rent for a professional female preferably.

Must be okay with animals as I have 3 dogs and a cat that live here.
I also have a 3 year old who lives with me 50% of the time and has his own room.
There is parking available off the main road.
Room unfurnished however can supply dressing table and wardrobes if required.
I work full time on shifts so I’m not home a lot. Must be tidy and respectful and not mind me and my little one having lazy Sundays when I’m off in our pjs watching films all day. You’re welcome to join!

£600 a month inclusive of bills. You would have to supply your own food or we can go halves and share cooking.
