This lovely modern house is located in Sherwood, with great transport links to the city centre and within walking distance to all the local shops.

The house itself is a modern terrace which has been refurbished throughout.

The living room has a large TV and comfy new sofa, whilst the kitchen has an American style fridge freezer (with ice and water machine) dishwasher, oven and microwave.

Outside is a lovely south facing deckedvterrace perfect for relaxing in the summer and great for bar-b-q's! (gas BBQ provided)

The bedroom is a double room which has just recently been redecorated (including new curtains). It comes with double bed, wardrobe and side table.

Sky and broadband is provided and is included with the price, so are all other bills! (Electricity, Gas, Council tax, Water rates)

I currently live in New Zealand and the other girl who lives there tends to be there 2/3 nights per week so you get the whole house to yourself most nights.
