Double room in the heart of Sherwood

I have a double room available on a quite street located in the heart of vibrant Sherwood. Furnished with bed, double wardrobe and chest of drawers.

My current roommate is sadly moving out and I am looking to rent out my spare room to a friendly, clean, respectable and sociable person.

I'm an easy going person who likes his house to feel like a home. I'm a very sociable person, but also believe in the benefits of personal space. I work 9-5 weekdays, with one day working from home.

My house is right in the centre of Sherwood, just round the corner from shops, bars and restaurants.

Ideally looking for a professional, but mature students considered.
