Quiet street with space available outside the house for parking.
I am the sole tenant, I answer to the landlord directly, so there are no agency fees and would need a deposit.
The rental is £425 per calender month.
Broadband, Wifi, electricity, heating, water, gas and Council Tax bills are included.
I live in Sherwood NG5. Within 5 mins of the house is Mansfield Rd. This is a busy thoroughfare with many bus links and the City centre only 7 mins away. The Sherwood shops offer many facilities, post office, small supermarkets, independent shops and a very good choice of bars and restuarants
I am 63 and semi retired. I have been called a lot of things in my time, but quirky and kooky are quite good descriptions
I am not looking for couples, students or DSS. Sorry.
