My dog and I only live here a couple of nights a week, whereas my other housemate is here full time.

Located on a quiet cul de sac, plenty of street parking (permit is included) and near bus stops with regular buses into city centre (15 min journey), 5 min walk to city hospital and Sherwood high street with nice bars and cafes.
