Double room to let in quiet shared house in the heart of Sherwood (not Sherwood Estate or Sherwood Rise!)

The room is furnished with a king-size bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

The shared living room is furnished with two sofas, a coffee table and a TV; the kitchen includes all white goods and the upstairs bathroom has a bath with shower over. There is a small garden/patio area to the rear.

Sherwood is one of the most desirable areas in Nottingham, offering a vast array of local amenities and easy access to the city centre, the City Hospital and the ring road. Public transport links are excellent.

There are NO FEES to pay and the rent covers all bills, including high-speed optic fibre broadband.

All applicants will preferably be working professionals and be happy to share the living space with the resident dog!
