We're 3 professionals looking for someone to join our friendly houseshare. We enjoy watching tv& movies, going out for drinks and cooking together :)
The house is just opposite the city hospital and has excellent links to Sherwood and Nottingham city centre with a bus stop just 2 minutes away. It has a driveway and on street parking (with a permit).
The first floor spacious room comes fully furnished with double bed, chest of drawers, bookcase and bedside table.
All bills are included, including council tax, wifi etc.
The house has everything you would need such as dishwasher, two fridges, washing machine, high speed internet, plus all the usual appliances like microwave etc. We have a tv with a personal ps4 and chromecast for netfilx etc but is available to use to whoever.
