Large attic room to let Mon-Fri

Hi there, I’m looking for a lodger to rent my attic room to on a rolling monthly basis - Mondays to Fridays only.

I live in Sherwood with my son, & work full-time as a civil servant.

Our house is a cosy 3 storey Victorian terraced property, & we are situated just off a very bustling & vibrant high street which offers lots of amazing shops, bars, pubs, restaurants & cafes. Very close to the city centre & beautiful Woodthorpe park.

Council tax is band A (I’m required to let you know this, but wouldn’t impact you in any way!). One bathroom, a lounge, dining room with large dining room table, & kitchen (also a small yard).

We also have 2 sweet house cats.

Planning on adding more photos once I’ve had a good tidy up!
