Short-term double-room in NG5

We're a couple (Agnes, 33f, works at the nearby City Hospital, and James, 35m, work-from-home software developer) who own and live in a 3-bed terrace in Sherwood. We live with our lodger Amy (22f, nurse at City Hospital).

We're looking for a lodger to fill our soon to be vacant double room - our second housemate is moving out 08/09/2024 and the room will be available until 24/10/2024.

The room has been decorated and is currently fully furnished.

All bills will be included as well as a fortnightly cleaner for the communal areas.

The two rooms are shown on the floor plan:
- Smaller double room (AVAILABLE, 3.4mx2.4m), highlighted dark blue in the floor plan, shown in photos with darker blue wall. Both rooms with views out over the back garden and allotments.
- Larger double room (ALREADY TAKEN 3.4mx3.0m), highlighted orange in the floor plan, shown in photos with pale blue wall.

We're happy to offer the room furnished or unfurnished.

House is just a 10 minute walk from city hospital, close to Sherwood shops and cafes/restaurants, Woodthorpe Park and also excellent public transport links (5 mins walk to bus stop + 12 mins bus journey to city centre). People comment on how nice, safe and quiet the location is.

Dogs considered, we have a 7 year old fully house trained (Doberman) dog - he's super friendly and chilled - please see photo. He'll be home all day with one of us working from home. He's lived with other dogs in the past so we'd be happy to accept someone with a dog, providing introductions go well!
