- spare room with a sofa bed can be used as a second living room

-bills are typically £150 a month (tax, energy, water and broadband)

-small rear yard usable but will be given some love this summer.

- very close bus stops. 10 minute bus journey to town or 30 minute walk

-20 minute walk/ 5 min bus to City Hospital

- green space nearby

- on street parking

- a double room cellar to can store larger belongings
