Spare room to rent in Sherwood

Hi there,

I am looking to rent my spare room to a working professional. Ideally non-smoking and pet friendly (I have a small dog). The room is a good size and you have access to the down stairs bathroom as I have an ensuite in mine, so pretty much sole use of this. New kitchen with washing machine, tumble dyer, and dishwasher. Band A council tax and I an situated in the centre of Sherwood with great bus transport in to Nottingham within 10mins. I have a small back garden with gets the sun when it's out!! and also a cellar for storage. Full central heating, all bills and council tax included, with full fibre broadband.

I work full time as a teacher and looking for someone who also works full time. There is parking although this is via permit, but there is free parking just round the corner.
