Lovely double room in trendy Sherwood

Double room to be let strictly to a female. A semi detached house very close to shops and cafés in Sherwood. It is 10 mins from the town centre by car or public transport and 20 mins walking distance. It is a well equipped house with a shared living room, lovely kitchen with a large fridge and dishwasher. The bed room itself is airy and light with large windows and lots of wardrobe space, a double bed and a desk and chair. There is a lovely garden too.

As the landlord, I am a mature lady who works in Education but intends to travel from mid-December onwards and so you would have the house mostly to yourself. I will be popping in and out to pick up things and may stay a night or two. I am a vegan so definitely looking for either a vegan preferably or a vegetarian.
