Sherwood is a great area. The street is very quiet but you’re within 5 minutes walking distance of all the shops, bars and restaurants that Sherwood has to offer. There’s a Sainsbury’s at the top of the street and a greengrocer 2 minutes walk around the corner. The city centre is 10 minutes by bus.

The room is currently unfurnished, but if you need furniture, I can arrange that with you and you can have a say in what I buy to put in the room.

The shared areas are cleaned regularly by a reliable cleaner.

You’d be sharing with me, the landlord. I live in the property half of the time; six weeks on, six weeks off. Also there’s another lodger, Jo, a gardener and forest school leader.

References will be required and we’d need to meet for a chat and a coffee to make sure we’re the right fit for each other. We could possibly do that online, if you’re not in Nottingham.
