Looking for housemate - spacious house with garden

Hi there, my name is Aja and I am a 33 year old female living in Nottingham in the New Basford area. I have been living happily with a uni friend for the last 5 years, and he has recently decided to move back to his home country. This means that I am now looking for a new housemate for the start of December.

A bit about the house:
- spacious 3 bedroom house with a back garden and outdoor seating area.

- ground floor contains large living room and large fully stocked kitchen.

- upstairs contains one toilet/bathroom and the 3 bedrooms (I stay in the master bedroom so the available room is a double, and there is a small single room as well that we use as a guest bed/storage).

- back garden has a clothing line, a table set with chairs, and a two level back garden with plenty of yard space.

A bit about me:

I’m originally from Canada and have been living in the UK for just over eight years. Up until this summer I played semi-professional football, and I currently work as a chef at a golf course full time. I like to hike, explore, and do outdoors activities as well as travel when I can. I also like to unwind and hang out, watching sports or films on tv as well as go to the pub with friends.

What I’m looking for in a housemate:

Looking for someone that is easygoing and chill. No overly party-type people please. Preferably looking for like-minded people that like to keep things fairly neat and tidy. The owner of the house is a good friend of mine and I will need a housemate that will respect that and treat the space like they would treat their own.

Happy to explore multiple options, including Monday-Friday lets. Couples can apply - I would prefer to have just one housemate but if it is a good fit then I’m happy to work with that. The monthly price listed is all in; rent, bills, internet, council tax, etc.
