Peaceful home in Sherwood, close to shops/hospital

Hello,

I'm Nala, I'm 33 and have just moved into my first home. It is a peaceful, cosy place to live, and is bright and spacious.

The house is in a quiet neighbourhood and is very close to City Hosptial and Sherwood High Street, which are both around a 10 minute walk. There are bus stops within 5 minutes walk of the house, going to and from the city.

Ideally, I would like a Monday - Friday lodger. I work predominantly from home so prefer someone who works out of the house or who is a hybrid worker.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, mattress, pillows and bedding. There is plenty of wardrobe/storage space. There is a small smart TV if you would like this and there is space for a desk should you want to get one.

You will have access to the kitchen, living room, garden. There is also a utility room with an additional fridge-freezer and washing machine, and a downstairs toilet. There is on-street parking.

I have fibre optic broadband with a fast connection.

All bills (including council tax, band A) are included.

A bit more about me - I work for a university welfare team. I also study part-time alongside work. During my spare time, I tend to exercise, go for coffee or food with friends and make meals at home. I occasionally have friends over. All of my friends are caring, kind, friendly people from different walks of life.

I am looking for a good and respectful person to share my home with, and somebody who will respect the space, taking care to look after the house and keep areas they have used clean and tidy. I put a lot effort into keeping my house in a really good condition and would expect this of my lodger.
