The current housemate is a 26 year old professional working in charities.

The property is within easy walking distance to Sherwood high street where there is loads of restaurants, cafes and shops. Going into town is simple too, either a 30 minute walk or you can catch lots of buses from right by the house.

The street itself is very friendly, with lots of helpful neighbours and people to get to know! There is even a book club to join!
