Looking for a housemate!

I am looking for a housemate to take over the tenancy with me from my current housemate who is moving out in March.

I’m an easygoing philosophy graduate who works from home and I spend my free time either out with friends or at home watching TV/films. I’m looking for someone similar who is tidy and friendly!

The property is furnished (mainly with my own furniture), and is a 2-bedroom with a kitchen, one bathroom, and two living rooms. There is a washer-dryer in the downstairs storage cupboard, and a dishwasher in the kitchen. The kitchen also includes a sink, an oven, gas hobs, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, and an air fryer. The bathroom includes a sink, toilet, underfloor heating and an overhead walk-in shower. The property also has two parking.

The photographed bedroom is the available room, and will consist of the bed frame, mattress, mirror, and wardrobes only (all of which came with the property). I also mainly use the upstairs living room, so the downstairs living room would be yours to rearrange and decorate however you like.

On average inclusive of bills it ends up £690 - £720 each depending on usage!
