About the house and shared spaces:
3-bedroom, 1 bathroom terraced home with furniture inspired by Asian design with lots of plants and excellent natural light. Living room has bay window, kitchen is fully equipped with kettle, microwave, coffee machine, pots and pans, cutlery, crockery, fridge and washing machine all provided. You'll share the bathroom with me, it has a bath with shower. Small backyard with a lovely garden.
About the room:
The room is fully furnished, with a double bed futon, 3 draw desk/dresser & chair, and built in shelving with lots of natural light. The room is not suitable for working from home.
Good transport links - handy for NCT buses 88, 89, 56, 57, 58, Calverton Trent Bus and Pronto (Mansfield) - buses to city every few mins. For UoN staff and students and NHS staff, a free bus to hospitals (City and QMC) and UoN campus is a 5 min walk away.
Excellent location with Lidl (5 min), Go4Fresh (10 min - Halal/Middle eastern) Aldi and Sainsbury (15 min). Puregym, Amazon and Evri collection points 5-10 min walk.

I'm a full-time professional and occasionally work from home in the third bedroom (single room converted into home office). I'm quiet, clean and respect personal space, but also very happy to chat!
Ideal housemate:
Female, neat and clean professional or graduate student who is quiet and respectful. Non-smoker, no pets and no parties.
I'm happy to consider short lets of 7 days a week temporary share (e. g., one week up to three months) at £600 month with rent recalculated depending on length of stay.
Not suitable for UG students, PG students OK.
