Looking for a female housemate

Hellooo. I am looking for a female housemate to join this lovely house in Sherwood just off the high street so a great location. My current housemate is moving out with her boyfriend hence the ad. A little a bit about me: I am 30 years old, a nurse at the hospital so work long shifts, I like to go to the gym, occasionally run/ love a walk 🚶🏻‍♀️, a foodie, and like to go out 😌 obviously it’s important that you are clean and tidy, and just considerate of others tbh. Rent is £475 each and then bills are around £243 each with means to go up ofc 🫤. Open to meet up/ have house viewings before any commitment is made. The house is rented from CDF letting agency so everything would need to go through them if you decide you want to move in :) I have loved living here so I know someone else would also 🥹
