Our homeowner is offering to share her home for a very affordable price in return for companionship, some support with cooking, household tasks and the sense of security knowing that she is not alone in the home overnight.

She is looking for someone who shares her love for the theatre, sport (cricket, tennis),dance and drama, music and travelling. Someone who is sociable and wants to spend time together in the evenings rather than staying alone in their room.

Homesharing is a relationship of mutual benefit. In exchange for accommodation, it is expected that you provide at least 10 hours of support and companionship each week.

This homeshare offers a private bedroom in a warm and welcoming home. You will share the kitchen, bathroom and lounge with the homeowner, creating a comfortable and communal living environment. The property has a rear patio area.

The homeowner's bedroom and en suite is located on the second floor, leaving two bedrooms and the bathroom on the first floor for the homesharer and any other guests.

All bills (except contribution to the council tax, Band C, approximately £93 a month) are included in the monthly fee.

Homeshare Leicestershire manage this Homeshare placement on behalf of the homeowner and will require all applicants to complete a DBS check, references and undertake safeguarding training before the homeshare commences and will remain in contact regularly during the placement to ensure you and the homeowner have a positive experience throughout.
