I own and live in a house in Sherwood.
We are now seeking 1 final female housemate to come and share our home with us - (preferably plant-based Veggie or Vegan not not essential)
We are currently 3 very relaxed professionals.

The house has 2 reception rooms, including large living room and lounge / bar, both fully furnished.

We are now at the final stages of a full kitchen renovation. We have just had a brand new washing machine and dryer installed along with new gas cooker and microwave. New double fridge/freezer to follow shortly. Dining table and chairs located in the large kitchen.

House has combination boiler/ heating system recently upgraded, so always have hot water with good water pressure. Has clean bathroom with bath/shower upstairs and brand new separate toilet downstairs all shared.

We are a relaxed houseshare with a chilled and friendly atmosphere. House situated in Sherwood area, near Woodthorpe Park. Both students and professionals considered.

£620 per month covers rent and (ever rising cost of) all bills, including Gas, Electricity, Council Tax, Water, TV license, Fibreoptic Broadband Wireless Internet plus use of summerhouse in garden along with any necessary maintenance required to property.

Front Bedroom comes furnished with double bed with new mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, large desk (with 2 small sets of drawers underneath), mirror, bookcase & blackout blinds.

House boasts large garden at rear, with BBQ, spacious patio, separate grassed areas, sunken fire-pit and decking area, plus a large summerhouse with bar, darts board and pool table to make use of. So prepare for paddling pools, sunbathing sessions & friendly gatherings throughout the warmer months.

House also has garden at front, set a way back from the main road, so our home is secluded, further adding to the private oasis feel.

Close to all local amenities with Tesco and pharmacy being just opposite. All other essentials available from Sherwood high street 5mins away, such as 24hr convenience store, post office and numerous cafes, pubs and takeaways.

100yrds away from bus stop straight into town on Mansfield Road, with buses running every 10 mins throughout the day. City Hospital is ten minutes walk away and has easy access to M1 motorway J26.
