Peaceful, spacious home in a great location

Hi there,

I am fortunate to have a lovely, peaceful home in Sherwood.
The road/neighbourhood is calm and quiet and incredibly well-connected. There is a bus stop at the end of the road and it takes around 15 minutes to get into town and about 6 minutes to City Hospital. Sherwood High Street is a 10 minute walk away, and Aldi and Sainsbury's are also around 10 minutes away.

You would be sharing the house with just myself. I work from home 3 days a week and on the other days I am out doing a postgraduate course and placement. I would like to share with someone who works predominantly outside of the house.

The whole house is bright and clean. There is a spacious kitchen with a dining table and sufficient cupboard space for your food. You would have your own set of pans to use.

There is a modern bathroom, with a good shower. There is also a downstairs toilet.

There are front and back gardens, both very private and with seating, really pleasant during the Spring and Summer.

The bedroom is a very good size, with in-built wardrobes giving you plenty of storage space, as well as storage under the bed. There is a TV, desk, chair, bedside table and lamp in the room. Duvet, pillows and bedsheets can be provided.

All bills (including council tax) are included.

On-street parking.

Please bear in mind that I eat meat and fish, so this may not be the right home for you if you are a vegetarian and would struggle with that.
