The house is in a lovely street in a great neighbourhood, within easy walking distance of Sherwood shops, a few minutes walk from Tesco Express, Lidl and regular buses to city centre. On street parking is available.

Room is furnished with double bed (with underbed storage), sofa, wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelves, desk and chair.

Occupant will need to be a non-smoker in full-time employment, or postgraduate. The house is shared with two other occupants: the landlord (plus landlord's 18 year old son for 3 nights a week) and one other professional.

Shared spaces include:
Kitchen with fridge-freezer, oven, hob, washing machine, breakfast bar and stools.
(The fridge-freezer is shared between the two ground floor occupants; the landlord has his own. The landlord is vegan, but any diets are welcome!)
Bathroom with bath, toilet, sink and separate shower unit.
Second WC on ground floor.
Garden with table and chairs.
