We have a beautiful recently refurbished studio flat on the ground floor of our house on the Sherwood/ Woodthrope border.

Access is entirely separate from the rest of the house so the whole space is yours.

Newly installed kitchen & bathroom. High ceilings, very private, lovely and quiet at night.

Beautiful views and back garden access to Woodthope Grange Park.

Some amenities would be shared with the house ( washing machine) but completely private access. The flat is open plan with a separate shower room.

We are looking for a professional or mature student who is easy going, extremely quiet and responsible to rent our flat as it is a part of our house. No parties etc

We have two children so they would need to bear in mind the noise that comes with this and that we would at times be using the the garden outside the flat.

The price includes all bills including council tax, energy, wifi and water. As energy bills are increasing we would love someone who is happy to be energy efficient as we try to be.
