Lovely double room for rent in Sherwood

I have a recently decorated and furnished double room to rent in my Victorian house located in Carrington- next to Sherwood, just off Hucknall Road.

I'm looking for easy-going, non-smoking, clean and tidy professionals to share with. I am a 32 year old teacher. I'm laid back, into music, travel a bit of walking/ climbing and cycling. My house mate are two female professionals in their 20's.

The house is on a quiet side street off Hucknall Road with plenty of on-street parking available. It's a 3 storey Victorian house with a large bay-windowed living room, a dining room with stripped wood floors and a kitchen. There is a bathroom and an additional toilet which have both recently been completely refitted. There is wireless broadband internet, central heating and a nice garden with a small lawn and a small patio. The house has loads of storage, there's a cellar for bikes plus an attic.

The room is a very large (4m by 5m) with a lovely bay window. It has a large double wardrobe, built in cupboard large desk chest of drawers and wooden double bed.

It is a 30 min walk into town.
The bus routes running down Hucknall Road into town are a 2 min walk away.
There is a Tesco Express 2 mins walk away.
Sherwood's main shopping street with pubs, shops, takeaways and restaurants is a 5 min walk.

The Gladstone pub is a 2 min walk a way, it has an ace beer garden, pub quiz and a friendly atmosphere.

The rent is £330, bills are £80 a month on top of that, which includes everything- gas and electricity, council tax, water and Internet.

The room is available from around the 5th of January, but could possibly be available a couple of days earlier.
