The house is occupied by 4 friendly, professional girls but one of them is leaving. The room has lots of character and is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers.

The house has gas central heating and a gas fire in the shared, pretty sitting room. The shared bathroom also has a shower. The new kitchen is well equipped with fridge freezer, microwave and there is a washing machine in the utility room leading on to a small, tidy garden.

The rent is £445 per calendar month which includes all the utilities, the Council Tax, internet and a cleaner who comes and cleans all the common areas once a week!
