The house is cosy and has a nice big modern kitchen (always the focal point of the house), bathroom and a cellar for extra storage. There's also a large sheltered porch for smokers who don't like getting wet!
The house is very close to 3 supermarkets, restaurants and some great pubs. The city centre is 15 minutes walk along Mansfield road with a very efficient bus service if you're in a hurry.
I often work from home but not evenings. Ideally I'm looking for an individual around my own age with similar interests to me.
