large double bedroom in large 3 bed semi detached house, shared with 2 other people. we have broad band and virgin media. off street parking and a large terrace to the rear of the property, great for bbq's. the house is situated 10 minute walk to sherwood high street, and a 10 minute bus into the heart of nottingham. the house is located between the a60 and the ring road around nottingham, 15 minute drive and you are on the motorway. many local supermarkets and pubs near by. the area is mainly young family orientated so no traffic at night.
Your room is situated at the back of the property and is fully furnished.
We are both young professionals and enjoy socialising and going out.
We are looking for either a student at city hospital ( 10 minute walk ) or another young professional like ourselves.
