The kitchen has all the modern appliances expected of a quality Houseshare: large fridge and freezer, gas stove, electric oven and washing machine. From the kitchen you can exit out to the courtyard garden which is a nice private area for a late summer BBQ’s.

Getting to town is easy with a bus stop opposite the house taking to Nottingham City Centre in less than 10 minutes however if you just need to grab a pint of milk there is a Tesco Express just across the road. With Sherwood and Carrington on your door step there is lots of choice when it comes to grabbing a bite to eat with friends or a sociable drink after work.

Where you are able to provide a UK based guarantor, there is no deposit payable. If you would prefer to pay a deposit, this will be equal to one month’s rent.
