Opportunity to live in a large 3 storey, homely and clean terraced house in Sherwood. We are live out landlords who moved out of our family home to live and work in Birmingham for a few years. We're back in Nottingham now and live a few miles away.

We have a double room available. The room includes a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and a chest of drawers.

The rental price is fully inclusive of all utility bills, wireless broadband internet & Virgin Media TV package, TV licence, council tax and a weekly cleaner for the communal areas.

Facilities include a washing machine and tumble dryer. The house has a comfy living room with two sofas and flat screen TV. The dining room links to a kitchen, which backs onto a small garden. There is 1 bathroom and 1 separate WC.

The house has excellent public transport routes to the city centre, City Hospital and Nottingham Trent Uni. The city centre is an approx. 30 min walk away or 10 minutes by bus. Carrington has a great pub, The Gladstone which is 4-5 mins walk away and has nice ales and hosts comedy nights and the like. The house also has a Tesco express at the end of the street. We have two very quiet neighbours. Un-restricted parking is available on-street.
