Large, airy double bedroom available in well maintained victorian terrace property in a quiet, friendly street in the heart of Sherwood. The room has been recently decorated and carpeted and is fully furnished. The rent includes all bills and wifi. I am a single, non-smoking, professional, 34 year old male, I am pretty easy going and don't really have any particular criteria in terms of potential housemates, so long as you are working, trustworthy, honest and ideally easy going and easy to get along with. I don't mind smokers but don't allow smoking in the room/house - there is a nice back garden with ash trays you can use. I have a cat, called Monkey who also lives here, so as long as you don't mind cats...
