Large room to rent. The room is fully furnished with a double bed and mattress, bedside locker, and two seater sofa. New double-glazed windows, beautiful wooden floor, and two large radiators for comfort.

The house provides all quality facilities including shared living room, washing machine, chest freezer, patio and outdoor seating, garage etc. All bills are included; broadband, electricity, gas, council tax, water, tv license. The kitchen is clean, well equipped and spacious. The house has recently had renovation work done to it; including rewiring, full double glazing, and gas central heating

The current occupants are busy professionals in the construction engineering, sport development and fashion industries. The street is friendly and quiet, with good on-street parking. The area has excellent amenities, and is located less than a minutes walk away from the bus stop into the city, a trip which takes less than 10 minutes.

The house is kept clean and tidy. We're all friendly and work long hours, usually congregating in the kitchen in the evening after work.

This is a short term let as there will be someone moving into this particular room in July. There is another spare room in the house so if a potential tenant was keen to stay in the house this could be discussed.

Viewings are welcomed, and can be arranged for weekday evenings, or the weekend.
