We are a mix of Graduating Masters Students and Professionals (1 x male, 2 x female) living in an established house share for coming up to two years. We are very easygoing house where we all contribute to make the best environment for us all to live in. We'd like our housemate to share in that ethos too - and in return you'll get a great value houseshare.

The house is based in Carrington, with loads of amenities locally. We are about 15 minutes walk to the City Centre, and also within walking distance of City Hospital.

The house itself has four double bedrooms, as well as two bathrooms. All mod cons, plus an outdoor living room (see photos), a proper garden which we look after, bike store space, BBQ and loads more excellent features. The house also has the benefit of two reception rooms as well as a kitchen area, so loads of space available.

The room available is a big double room on the top floor, available part or fully furnished.

Some of our interests include: Painting, Cycling, Growing Vegetables, Festivals, Electronic Music, Hooping, Swimming, Activism and Badminton.
