We have available a large double room in a lovely house with a spacious living area and a great, sunny garden. The house is only two miles from the city centre, with main bus routes and all amenities within walking distance. The room comes partially furnished if needed and all bills are included in the rent.

We are two young professionals, who like to socialise and go for a drink or film together, but we keep our partying mainly to the weekends. We are looking for a like-minded person to join us.
