1 quiet, pet friendly, double room in Sherwood.

Looking for a clean and respectful housemate.

I have one room available in a three-bedroom semi-detached house, the room also makes use of a walk-in wardrobe/cupboards. Comes furnished but can be unfurnished if required. There is a double-sized bed frame in the room for your use also.
There is also an attic for storage.

Big living room with a lazeeboy sofa. Please feel free to be sociable and we can have some Netflix and film nights. There is a tile-floored kitchen with usual white goods. You have your own fridge freezer solely for your use. The bathroom is also shared which features; toilet, sink, bath with a power shower above.

The view from your room is fantastic, as we are high up and overlooks Woodthorpe park (a 2 min walk) and the rest of Sherwood. The garden is big enough to have friends round for drinks and a BBQ, the garden also has a shed for storage.
I also have a weights bench which you are free to use too.

I am open to pets being brought to live here too.

Sherwood is a lovely area with lots of lovely restaurants and cafes just a 5 minute walk away along with excellent transport links into the city which is only 10 minutes by bus/car. The street itself is quiet with no through traffic passing.

I used to be a chef pre covid! But I still love to cook at home, feel free to try some of my dishes. I am outgoing, adventurous. I will welcome you into my home and help you with anything you need in order for you to call it your own too. Just the same I'll respect your need for privacy too.

Rent will be cheaper for a student as council tax won't be applicable.
