Bedroom has a Double bed/desk/clothes rail , 1 set to include duvet/duvet cover/sheet/pillow cases included. You can add or remove any furniture not suited to your style.

The room comes with Personal use of the main bathroom which is fitted with, bath/thermostatic shower/toilet/basin.

Currently no television in the room (do not pay for the tv licence at present).

All bills will be included, if there is excessive use of gas/electricity with the prices the way they are I would appreciate some further payment.

Shared use of all the other rooms.
