I live on a quiet cul de sac in Skegby. The rooms are an attic conversion consisting of a double bedroom with wardrobe and drawers, a sitting room with tea/coffee making facilities and fridge, and a separate bathroom, with shower. You would have sole use of this floor.
I live alone in the 4 bedroom house. You would have use of shared lounge, though there is a separate smaller lounge should you wish to use that one, and a shared kitchen. My house is approx 2 miles from KIng's Mill hospital, close to Mansfield and Sutton. Nearest junctions for M1 are J28 and J29.
