Comfortable room in a clean house

This is a clean, warm and comfortable furnished house in a safe and quiet area.

There is street parking outside and the road is close to bus services, about half a mile from KMC.

On offer is a large room for a single person , the room is furnished with a double bed, hanging space for clothes, chest of drawers etc.

The kitchen and bathroom are clean and recently refurbished, these is a gas cooker, washing machine, fridge and freezer. There is outside drying space in a small garden. Central heating is by gas.

The neighbours are quiet, we get on well and I'd like to keep it that way!

It is possible to catch a bus into town just outside the house hourly and there are shops etc close by.

I've let the room before (and learned from the experience!!) and really I'd like to find a mature and well mannered person who will respect my house in the same way that they will be respected.

I'm a quietish sort of person, retired now from employment I work in my own business supplying things for people who are into re-enactment to use. I'm not averse to pets but I'd like to know and agree to them in advance rather than have them presented to me without any warning. I've had some interesting experiences with housemates in the past so please only contact me if you're honest, intend to pay your way and aren't going to tell me you're a non smoker if you're not!

This is a no hassle environment which is becoming available as a result of my mother moving to live with my sister. It can be available long term for the right person.
