I am an academic who often works from home. The house is a relatively quiet house and would suit a PhD student or quiet professional.

Large light bedroom with a memory foam double bed and down duvet. Space to put things away and a wardrobe. A desk. Hardwood floors and high ceilings. The room includes a desk and reading chair. Overlooking a leafy church.

I am looking for someone to rent over the summer AND/OR a research student to take the room in September. Ideal for a PhD student who needs a quiet house to work.
