Location is on a quiet street, 15-20 min walk to city centre and close to several supermarkets. There is limited on-street parking directly in front of the house, and plenty of free parking spots within 5 min walking distance.

For £600 all bills included I am looking to rent 2 rooms+private bathroom. The rooms+bathroom are together, so you'll get a bedroom plus study or living room plus separate bathroom all in one for £600. Couples considered. See videos for the rooms and pictures for the rest of the house!

There is one existing flatmate (male) who shares the living room and kitchen.
