Room in spacious Sneinton Home *Bills Included*

Hello, we have a room for rent in a 4 bed home in Sneinton with young professionals (23+). £480 including all bills (water, gas & electric, council tax and wifi). Permit on street parking available.

We have a dishwasher and two bathrooms both with showers and a large bathtub and also one separate toilet. The living room is spacious lounge with a huge comfy sofa, a tv and virgin media entertainment package. We also have a back garden which gets the afternoon run with decking and outdoor seating and a small front yard.

The house is in a perfect location in Sneinton near the Windmill, a 10 minute walk to the centre of town/ lace market area and 15 minute walk to the train station.

We're a friendly bunch all met through university and graduated a few years ago. In the house we have a mixture of job types with some hospitality, retail and self employed media too. So we're all up to different things and enjoy our own space but make time to be social some week nights and weekends too.

The room itself has lots of storage with an ottoman bed, a wardrobe, set of drawers and a desk/ chair. Ideally we're looking for a girl to balance out the dynamics, we currently have 2 boys and 1 girl living in the house. But feel free to ask any questions or arrange a viewing!
