With a shared main entrance and own front door but also with its own back door and back yard which is only for the use of this flat. There is a small bathroom with a double shower off the kitchen. The kitchen is very spacious and so are the living room and bedroom too. This flat is very spacious and the largest out of the 3 flats it’s also great to have your own outside space. The place would come unfurnished but I would be open to selling some of the kitchen appliances/ accessories as they are all only a few months old but you can put your own stamp on it to make the place look nice. The landlord would ideally prefer a working professional or couple who will pay on time and take care of the place. About the area

There are bus stops right across the road that take you straight to Nottingham city centre in 5-10 mins buses are every 15 mins. There is on street parking on the main road but there is also a spot at the back of the property as you come out of the back gate which is much more convenient. Nearby a 10 min walk are 2 retail parks and a 10 minute drive down the road there is also a large Sainsburys and Morrisons and netherfield retail park. Colwick park is just a 10 minute journey away if you like to go for walks and bike rides and west bridgeford is also around the corner so you have a lot very close by.
