Hi there! Looking for a friendly person to take over rooms in a very large and nice houseshare, close to city centre. Location is on a quiet street, 15-20 min walk to city centre and close to several supermarkets. There is limited on-street parking directly in front of the house, and plenty of free parking spots within 5 min walking distance.

For £535 all bills included I am looking to rent 1 large bedroom. There is one large bathroom that will be shared with one existing flatmate (male). The living room and kitchen will be shared with a maximum of 2 flat mates. A bi weekly cleaner will be provided to clean all the common areas. This is included in the price.
